Overview:
I understand that Wedding Planning involves managing your budgets, that why despite the popularity of my Wedding Photography I keep to clear and transparent packages which are competitive against the best of my fellow photographers in the region. The tariff is reviewed annually and is subject to change, but the price shown is the price you’ll pay at the point of booking your date, regardless of whether your wedding is within the next 6mnths, or 12mnths, 18mnths or even longer. This ensures you are always in control and you won’t have any increases in the costs from me.
With three children, I do limit my weekend wedding photography to ensure I have this magical time with my kids, which does mean my availability does get snapped up rapidly, so to avoid disappointment please book with urgency if you want my services.
I offer a full consultation meeting to work through your big day to ensure we have everything perfect, this can either be via Video Conference for your convenience, or a face to face meeting, which works brilliantly.

Secure Your Date:
To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required upon booking, the remaining balance will be due four weeks before the wedding date. Please note that all deposits are non refundable.

If you require more images, please contact me, as we can add additional images on to your package to meet your requirements. We can also provide the all your images on a USB. Please contact me for the costs.

I purposely split out Albums, Cases, USBs & extra Prints from my packages to provide full transparency and place you in control, by letting you choose exactly what products and extras you wish to add on to your package, whether that’s before or after your wedding. This is my commitment to maintaining competitive pricing and transparency. I have a ever changing range of products, so please contact me to learn more.

If you require even more flexibility you can add on to any package additional time to tailor any package to suit your day’s planning. This allows for more time to capture all the magical memories of your day, whether that be extending your photography into the evening or capturing the party late into the night.

SELECTING & EDITING YOUR IMAGES
Following your Wedding Day, your images will be reviewed by Emma and filtered in readiness to showcase with you via a secure digital portal. All images will have watermarks until final payment is received. This allows you to enjoy reviewing your images at your leisure or with loved ones from the secure digital portal. If you’d like More Photographs than your package provides or Albums / Framed Prints, please speak with Emma who can provide a quote.
The selected images will undergo light editing and final touching as required (this excludes advanced editing). Light editing and final touching, includes cropping, lighting adjustments, colour changes, skin and hair adjustments and various removals, to make your images even sharper.
If you require advanced editing, such as splicing two images or significantly modifying the image, this can be discussed and is chargeable at £75 per hour due to the complexity of the work. It is rare advanced editing is requested.
WATERMARKS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Purchased images are licensed for personal use only.
All images are owned and rights retained by Emma Lowe Photography.
All images are showcased with Watermarks until purchased.
Any attempt to remove Watermarks will incur a penalty charges of £500.
Images may be posted on Social Media, but they must make reference to Emma Lowe Photography, and must be removed if requested.
